I am glad you are reading this – you’re at the right place if you are looking for some inspiration, balance and ways to grow.
It took me over a decade to do something about my own dream to have a business where I could inspire and serve others. I was carrying it around with a ‘Someday, when X happens, or when I have better conditions…’ tag, but you know what – perfect conditions and perfect timing do not exist and often, when X happens, we have already secretly moved the goal post forward and… we carry our dream business idea for a year or two, or a decade longer.
I’ve been there and that’s why my business now is focused on coaching, inspiring, supporting other women who carry their dream business ideas for a while – long enough to know they will not be going away any time soon. Whatever this dream come true would mean for you: being free to travel, doing what you love daily, showing your talents, supporting yourself financially, having more free time in your week, you are able to do it and I am here to support you.
I’ve spent my career in sales, marketing, customer service and training teams for luxury brands and it was great to get all this experience even when sometimes I didn’t quite see where it is going to get me. I enjoyed it – mostly. And when I didn’t (those MANY tasks in the corporate world which bring little joy but just need to be done), the thought of how one day I will have my own business helped me endure the mundane work and served as a safe ‘someday in the future’ option. It sounds crazy now, when I realise that I was living in this alternative future for a while, not actually believing that it is possible – which was the ACTUAL REASON I’ve been postponing it.
It’s not enough to say to yourself ‘Believe in it, you can do it!’. There are many more steps to making your dream into a reality but they are real and doable.
